Who is Marlo Donald?
Marlo Donald is an author, motivational speaker and poet. Marlo Donald submits her writing gift to be used of the Lord.
Enduring a household fueled with anger, violence and murder, she lost the opportunity to grow as a young girl and had to mature quickly. As a survivor of sexual abuse, she found herself impregnated by a rape at the tender age of fifteen. As a result of her experiences, she migrated into a relationship full of physical and mental abuse. Just when she thought her life was moving forward, her lucrative, dream job turned into a nightmare. She found herself in an environment of discrimination, taunting, and sexual harassment.
In 2009 she was diagnosed with Severe Depression and Anxiety. Backed into a corner with nowhere to go, she turned to the Lord giving her life to Christ. Now that her life is in the hands of the Lord, her gift to write becomes evident. She uses her gift as a coping skill to help herself as well as others. Crying From the Pain, a book of poetry and spoken words of the trials of her life is the outcome.
As the Lord continues to inspire Marlo she bestows her gifts to bring peace, hope and love.
